Super chuffed I have completed week one. Had so many temptations this week it wasn’t funny! But I pulled through. Weekends are totally the hardest with social events, like dinners. Had an amazing Baby Octopus salad! So make sure you find a place that serves healthy stuff if you dine out. Today was super busy with soccer, shopping and boating my parents. But i took a shake along with me to make sure i had something on the run. Love that the challenge is making me think about not skipping meals.
Overall. I have increased some of my weights and also tried pushups on my toes. I made this goal to be done by the end of next week and i have gotten there already.
